These air fryer french toast sticks are a fun, healthier breakfast or brunch recipe! These would be fun to make for a Saturday brunch at home or a holiday like Mother’s Day. You can have a toppings bar full of dippings sauces and different sides to top the french toast with. What I love about them is they don’t take long to make at all! Air Fryer French Toast Sticks


French Toast:

2 slices of bread cut into sticks (1 slice is about 4-5 sticks)

1 egg

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp vanilla

Cinnamon sugar topping:

1 tbsp coconut sugar

1/2 tsp cinnamon



  1. Whisk the egg, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla together. Dip the stick in the egg mixture and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture. Repeat for each stick.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 350F
  3. Add the sticks to it (I greased mine so they didn’t stick)
  4. Air fry for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through
  5. Topped with powdered sugar and used a bunch of sides for dipping options!
