One of my favorite quick, easy meals for two! This blackened salmon salad with strawberry balsamic vinaigrette is bursting with springy and summery goodness. I used the air fryer to cook the salmon and made the dressing with real strawberries. I’m all about fruit in my salads right now – the savory sweet combo does it again.
